Richard trained professionally as an actor at Mountview Theatre School and has worked in theatre, film and television since 1999
He has recorded 1000’s of voiceovers for computer games, films, corporate promos, e-learning, animations, TV & radio adverts, documentaries, audio books and podcasts.
He has also spent over 25 years using his voice to perform as Mick Jagger in the tribute band The Rolling Stones Now.
Richard also holds a ‘Master of Arts by Research’ for his thesis: Identifying Enablers of (Individual and) Collective Flow in a Theatre Rehearsal Process.
Equipment
Richard records his voiceovers in his custom-built pro-sound studio, The Voice Lab. His studio includes Shure SM7B microphone, SE Magneto microphone, Mac Studio M2, Logic Pro X, Adobe Audition, Focusrite Clarett+ Pre, Zoom H6 and an acoustically treated vocal booth.
